Incidents

Incidents are the panel record of important moderation events: filter hits, reports, raid alerts, sanctions, and similar cases that need attention or history.

Why incidents matter

  • see what Wardy did and why;
  • open the related message context when available;
  • take follow-up actions consistently;
  • keep a shared history for owners and admins.

Open Incidents in the admin panel, filter by community or status, and resolve or close items according to your role.

When Wardy successfully performs an automatic moderation action, the linked incident is marked resolved. Failed or skipped actions remain open for review. The dashboard refreshes its incident summary every 30 seconds while it is open.

Incidents do not remain open forever: by default, entries still open after 30 days are resolved automatically, resolved entries are closed after 7 more days, and closed entries are removed 90 days after closure.

In short

Incidents turn chat events into a review queue and history for moderators.
